Experience

Sarah Perry is an Associate Attorney with Hunt Ortmann. Ms. Perry’s practice focuses on all aspects of complex business litigation with an emphasis on construction disputes to provide a full range of transactional and litigation services to her clients. Throughout her career, Ms. Perry has assisted a wide variety of clients, from small business entities, owners, and developers to large general contractors and public agencies.

To address the specific needs of her clients, Ms. Perry handles complex construction disputes, competitive bidding issues, construction defect claims, differing site condition claims, extra work claims, contracts including consulting, default, termination, delay and disruption claims, design professional disputes, mechanic’s liens and stop payment notices.

Past and present pro bono and volunteer activities include advocacy work for foster children through the Alliance for Children’s Rights, advocacy for domestic violence organizations, advocacy for homeless and displaced children, and many years of work with numerous animal rescue organizations.

Ms. Perry is a published author and has contributed to various law review pieces in the past.
