Kathlynn Smith was elected to the Women Construction Owners and Executives’ Board of Directors as the Membership Director for 2013 – 2014. Kathlynn is excited to fulfill this role for the WCOE, which shares Kathlynn’s commitment to advancing and supporting women in construction. The synergy between the mission of the WCOE and Kathlynn’s other project, the Smart Girls Guide to Construction Law is remarkable. And in accepting this honored role within the WCOE, Kathlynn hopes to continue to build stronger alliances between professional women in the construction industry.
