Kathlynn Smith specializes in civil litigation with an emphasis on condemnation of commercial and residential property, inverse condemnation and other real property matters.
Prior to joining Hunt Ortmann, Ms. Smith represented lenders in litigation involving real property, such as judicial foreclosure, breach of contract, wrongful foreclosure, forfeiture, quiet title and fraud actions.
