Mr. Helmuth has extensive litigation and alternate dispute resolution experience in regards to heavy civil and commercial construction matters, during which he has performed in various capacities, including counsel, testifying and/or work products expert, and construction manager.
He has been instrumental in resolving complex construction disputes ranging to in excess of $40 million for the Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority, the City of Los Angeles, the United States Department of Energy's Fermi National Accelerator Laboratory and private contractors.
