In addition, we have extensive experience with public works projects. Hunt Ortmann provides assistance for our clients on all phases of construction projects including contract drafting, project documentation and negotiation during construction, dispute resolution negotiations, private or court-supervised settlement conferences, mediation, private arbitration and court and jury trials.

The Firm can assist with construction management consulting (including construction managers at risk and termination for default), building information modeling (BIM), bidding strategies, damage assessment and contract administration.  AIA initial decision maker services are also available.
