Effective January 1, 2012, Hunt Ortmann opened a new chapter of its storied history in California Law. Hunt Ortmann is launching a new division within the Firm that focuses primarily on plaintiff oriented wage and hour, construction defect, class and collective actions. Entitled CAP (Class Action Program), the division will consist of both existing Hunt Ortmann attorneys as well as new Hunt Ortmann senior attorneys Greg G. Petersen and Katherine Odenbreit. Tina B. Nieves, partner at Gancedo & Nieves LLP, will also support the program acting as a consulting attorney. In addition to the Pasadena Office, the Firm now has a branch office in Orange County.
